I love to work with yeast dough. It is amazing watching it huff and puff and then you can create the most wonderful things, sweet or savory, creativity is the clue! Every one has probably their own favorite recipe for yeast dough that came from granny or aunt or mother or sister (those recipes are the most valuable to me), so I won't share the recipe, I would just like to share some photos of my latest yest adventures.
Just one more thing: I always wondered why the pizza dough in the restaurants is so elastic and stretchable and I was truly shocked when I discovered that the big secret is a tiny addition of white vinegar to the dough!
